GOT QUESTIONS READING PLAN
When Jesus prepared His disciples for His departure, He said He would send a helper. This helper is the Holy Spirit, God in us.
The nature of the Holy Spirit may be the most complicated of all the Trinity. He is Spirit, He indwells believers, He is like a fire and a wind; He is God.
The Holy Spirit is spirit, but He is still a person. He is an individual even as a part of the Trinity. He is not a servant of God; He is God.

Because the Holy Spirit indwells believers, He can work on us from the inside. He also worked in the Old Testament and will work in the Tribulation. We are blessed to have Him with us.
Spiritual growth is a partnership between the work of the Holy Spirit in us and our agreement to follow that influence. He can change our hearts, we need to be willing to change our actions.
Pentacostalism is a branch of Christianity that teaches the miraculous gifts of the spirit are still used today, but some pentacostal churches go even further into patently unbiblical practises.
The Holy Spirit gives believers spiritual gifts to serve the body of Christ. Some, like leading, teaching, and encouraging, are primarily expressed through words, written and spoken.
Where spiritual speaking gifts teach theological truths, working gifts put those truths into practice. Helps, mercy, faith, and discerning spirits are essential for a working church.
Before the Bible was compiled and authenticated, God identified His messengers through miracles, including healing and speaking in tongues. Now that we have the Bible, they're not necessary.
